Pancake Recipe
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (I used whole wheat white flour.)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbsps vegetable oil
- Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl. In a medium bowl, whisk milk, eggs, and oil. Pour wet ingredients into dry; whisk for 10 seconds. Don't overmix. Grease skillet and set on medium heat. When hot, pour on 1/3 cup (1/4 cup works too or whatever) batter per pancake. Flip when small holes appear (bubbles), about 1 1/2 minutes. Cook second side until brown and repeat until batter is gone.
